Questions for FREE Adverts.

• Q How long does an advert remain visible?
• A 120 days
• Q What happens if I do not sell my item within that time period?
• A You can resubmit an advert after the 120 day period for free, but not before.
• Q I've sold one of my items and no longer want it listed. How can I remove it?
• A In your original advert activation email is a link which allows you to remove your item at any time. Click on the link or alternatively enter your email address just beneath and we will send you a new link to remove either of your published items.
• Q Why 120 days?
• A Most sites like to show 1000's of adverts, but or course most of these adverts become sold or out of date very quickly. There's nothing worse than spending loads of time finding exactly what you've been looking for only to be told it's sold! We prefer quality rather than quantity.
• Q It mentions that I can submit five adverts, Can I submit the same advert twice?
• A Yes, but not in the same month. The site administrator will notice this and immediately delete both adverts and put a block on that email address preventing further usage.
• Q What happens if people submit an advert that is not relevant to the site?
• A The site administrator will notice this and will immediately delete the advert and put a block on that email address preventing further usage.
• Q Can I edit my text after I've submitted my advert?
• A No, only TRADERS ACCOUNTS can edit text, please make sure all information is correct before submitting.
• Q Can I change my Price after I've submitted my advert?
• A No, only TRADERS ACCOUNTS can edit prices, please make sure all information is correct before submitting.
• Q Can I submit more than one advert?
• A Yes, up to five completely free. Any more and you'll need to register as a trader.
• Q How does the UK map work?
• A The UK map (and the overseas links below the map) displays all the registered traders within that county.
• Q Can I upload more than one photograph?
• A Yes, to enable you to promote your item efficiently, you can up load up to three photographs.
• Q Can I submit more than five adverts by using different email addresses?
• A Yes, however you will need to ensure your telephone contact details are different too.
• Q What happens if I have selected the wrong category header for my advert by mistake?
• A You will not be able to change this however the site administrators review and approve each and every advert and may pick this up and automatically correct this for you.
• Q Can my club submit adverts for free?
• A Yes your club can promote itself for free under the TRACTOR CLUBS link or the STATIONARY ENGINE CLUBS link.
• Q Can I promote an event that is happening in the near future?
• A Yes you can submit an advert for free under the EVENTS link.

Traders Questions.

• Q Can I edit and change details whenever I want?
• A Yes, you are free to change any of your advert details as often as you like.
• Q Are traders adverts subjected to the 120 day viewing period?
• A No, traders adverts can be displayed for as long as you want.
• Q Can I submit, say over 100 adverts?
• A Yes, If you have signed up for the UNLIMITED Items option, you can submit as many adverts as you want in the 12 month period.
• Q How does the UK map work?
• A If you have registered as a trader within a certain county, when ever somebody clicks on that county, Your company details (phone number, office address, web site link and your company email) will be displayed along with your company logo, when a potential customer clicks on your region within the map.
• Q I have offices nationally throughout the UK, can I be seen within in all the counties under one registration?
• A No, each of your regional offices will need to register separately.
• Q What happens after the 12 month period expires?
• A You will be sent an email one month before your expiry date offering the chance to re register.
• Q If I do not take the renewal offer up within that one month period, do I lose all my adverts already listed on the site?
• A Yes, if you do not renew within the 12 month period, all adverts will be deleted.
